Instructional Design

The video for Module 3, Lesson 1 of the GAINS training consists of a scripted presentation that includes both on-screen slide content and a narrator speech script. In addition, the lesson features an animated scenario that illustrates a realistic situation, allowing learners to see the concepts applied in context. Both videos are based on the corresponding SAP manual reading

This video of an H5P lesson is an interactive lesson that covers the GAIN-SS instrument. This interactive lesson teaches the learner how to administer the GAIN-SS. The training is filled with instructional materials as well as interactive points that the learner can engage in to check their understanding or preview their understanding before they explore the lesson.

[Unit 3] Robots in Motion – Building a Drivable Robot

I transform the existing Intro to Robotics curriculum (6 Modules) into a fully interactive online course. There are two learning paths with each course that have 7 lesson a piece. The teacher learning path also contains a Resources and Answer Sheets page with material to guide the learning.  The course is compatible with standard LMS platforms and engages learners through interactive elements.

This rise build, Distinguishing Components and Functions within a Cooling System, contains code blocks as well as standard blocks to help the learner identify various types of compressors. This is based on the storyboard that comes first in the process. Like the storyboard, it’s reviewed by several groups, including the ID peer review, Editorial Team, SME (subject matter expert), and the additional Digital Learning Team.

Animations Script 

This document contains the scripts for Module 3, Lesson 1 of the Guidelines for Using the GAIN-SS in New Hampshire Schools training. It includes the narration script for the instructional video as well as the animation script developed to enhance key concepts presented in the GAIN-SS manual for Student Assistance Professionals (SAPs).

In this module, participants will learn and apply responses to frequently asked questions about the product and service changes to Corporate Cards.
This module is NOT designed to “teach” associates about the changes, as they have already learned them in the Field Guide. This module is intended as change learning for NACCC Associates who service both Corporate Cardholders and Corporate Program Administrators (CPAs) on TSYS.

HVACR Rise Build – Basic Maintenance for HVACR Systems

This is a RISE Storyboard designed with specific blocks in mind. The storyboard is reviewed by several groups, including the ID peer review, Editorial Team, and SME (subject matter expert).

This storyboard was developed for the MITRE Time Reporting System training. The training includes a pre-assessment, an overview of the fundamentals of the Time Reporting System, labor charging guidance, and a final assessment.

Within the storyboard, the Comments section contains the narration scripts for the audio. Developer notes are also included to provide implementation guidance and production instructions throughout the course development process.
